The Lythgoe Lemonade Punch

Bourbon · Serves 12 · ~10 minutes + chill

Ingredients

Pitcher Base:

  • 16 oz Lythgoe Bourbon Pauline’s Victory
  • 4 cups store-bought pink lemonade
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 10–12 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup prosecco or sparkling rosé, added just before serving

Garnish:

  • Fresh strawberry halves
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Lemon wheels

Batch It Up!

Add bourbon and pink lemonade to a large pitcher and stir to combine. Add sliced strawberries and basil leaves directly to the pitcher. Do not muddle. Stir gently so the fruit and herbs are distributed throughout. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Overnight is ideal as the strawberries release their sweetness beautifully as they rest. Just before serving, pour in the prosecco or sparkling rosé and stir once gently. Serve over ice. Garnish each glass with a strawberry half, a basil leaf, and a lemon wheel.

Make ahead: The base (without prosecco) keeps refrigerated for up to 2 days.
