Since founding a strategic marketing and consulting firm in 2003, Dina has built businesses for some of the country’s largest brands, from French’s® mustard to Woolite®, HUE®, Dickies® and Fruit of the Loom®; some of the largest retailers, from Nordstrom to Amazon and Walmart; and Fortune 100 companies including Dow and DuPont.
Steffani Scheurich
Lythgoe Bourbon Sourcing and Master Blender
An industry insider with experience forged with category leaders Pernod Ricard and Brown-Forman, Steffani has consulted with dozens of brands throughout the Adult Spirits industry. Steffani has been working to identify and secure young Bourbons, from various Kentucky distilleries, that will eventually be blended into award-winning Lythgoe™ Bourbon.
Paul Criscuolo
Lythgoe Bourbon Distribution
Paul consults for a variety a brands and distillers including Southern Distilling, Sebago Lake Distillery, Fiji Rums and Atanasio Tequila. Since 1978, Paul has worked for Seagram’s Americas and Allied Domecq and, in 2006, he was appointed Vice President-General Manager of Southern Glazer Wine and Spirits-Mid Atlantic where he created the Artisanal, Craft and Estate Spirits® Division.
Rob Warren
Spirits Strategy and Marketing
Rob gained his experience at Diageo, Allied Domecq, and Seagram. Building a wealth of industry knowledge, Rob held national and global roles in sales, marketing, strategy and general management, with a focus on innovation and brand building.
Arthur Shapiro
Spirits Strategy and Marketing
Arthur is the former Head of Marketing at Seagram Americas. Today, Arthur is focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as marketing and product development for both established and startup ventures. Arthur is the author of Booze Business blog.
Peter Reichard
Investor Relations
Peter has over 30 years’ experience in business development, government affairs, and political fund raising. For 10 years Peter has served as President of the Greensboro Area Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Southern Growth Policies Board and the Board of Trustees of Guilford Technical Community College as well as the board of North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry. 3
